Problems With Orders
If there is any problem with your order, please call us right away at 1-702-898-9525. If you call after hours, please leave a message with your name, address and daytime phone number. We will help you as quickly as possible. If you think something is missing from your package, please look through the box again. It's easy to miss something in all of that packing material.

Returns
We guarantee replacement of any items damaged in shipment. Damage must be reported within ten days of recieving shipment. We will accept returns of products in sellable condition and that have intact shrink wrap or shrink bands.
We will not accept returns for any reason after two months from the date of purchase.
Orders which are cancelled after they have been shipped or are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If this is your first time using Simply Divine Botanicals may we suggest trying samples first as we only accept returns if product is imperfect.
